1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and abd999 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the abd999 website, mobile application, and all associated services offered at abd999.net (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the abd999 Platform, depositing funds, or placing any wager or bet on any game or sports event through abd999, you expressly acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety and unconditionally agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform.

abd999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Platform following any such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2 Eligibility & Account Registration

To open an account on abd999 and access real-money gaming services, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and continuously throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity.
• You are accessing the Platform voluntarily and for personal, recreational purposes only.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order placed through abd999 or any other gaming platform.
• You have not previously had an abd999 account suspended or permanently closed due to a breach of these Terms.
• You are not acting as an agent or intermediary on behalf of any third party.
• The funds you deposit and use for wagering are from a legitimate source and are not the proceeds of any criminal or unlawful activity.

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) account on the abd999 Platform. The operation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all accounts held by that individual, along with the forfeiture of any bonuses or pending withdrawals.

abd999 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of the player lifecycle, including during registration, before processing a withdrawal, or following a period of elevated account activity. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested will result in account suspension pending review.

3 Deposits & Withdrawals

abd999 processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits may be made via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Minimum deposit amounts and processing times vary by payment method and are displayed within the cashier section of your account.

All withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. abd999 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, bank accounts, or wallets not previously used for deposits on the same account. This policy exists to protect players against unauthorised account access and to comply with anti-money laundering obligations.

• Withdrawal requests will only be processed once the account holder has completed identity verification (KYC).
• abd999 reserves the right to impose a maximum withdrawal limit per transaction or per rolling period as communicated in the cashier interface.
• Deposits credited to your abd999 account using bonus funds must satisfy the applicable wagering requirement before any portion of the associated balance becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• abd999 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking infrastructure, or mobile financial service providers including bKash and Nagad.
• Fraudulent, reversed, or charged-back deposits will result in immediate account suspension and recovery of any winnings generated from those funds.

4 Bonuses & Promotions

abd999 offers bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL season, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and the T20 World Cup. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual promotion, as well as the general bonus terms set out in this section.

• All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement unless explicitly stated otherwise. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on the relevant promotion page.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period of the bonus. Any unconverted bonus funds remaining after expiry will be removed from the account.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash prior to satisfying wagering requirements.
• abd999 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus at any time where there is evidence of abuse, systematic exploitation, or breach of these Terms.
• Players who have made a withdrawal request before completing a bonus wagering requirement will be deemed to have forfeited that bonus.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, and per device.

abd999 monitors account activity for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: wagering only on low-risk outcomes to reduce variance while clearing a bonus, opening multiple accounts to claim a promotion more than once, or coordinating wagers with other players to guarantee a qualifying outcome. Any account found engaging in bonus abuse will have its balance adjusted and access may be permanently revoked.

5 Gameplay & Betting Rules

All bets placed on the abd999 Platform are final once confirmed. Bets may not be cancelled, amended, or reversed after submission except where abd999 determines, at its sole discretion, that a manifest error has occurred in the odds or game outcome. A manifest error is defined as an obvious and demonstrable error in a price, odds, payout calculation, or game result that a reasonable person would recognise as incorrect.

• abd999 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the outcome was already known at the time of placement.
• In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or system error during an in-play event, abd999 will apply its standard void/settlement policy as published in the sportsbook rules section of the Platform.
• All game results generated by RNG-based software (slots, crash games, virtual tables) are final and are determined by a certified random number generator. abd999 does not intervene in RNG outcomes.
• Live casino game results (Evolution Gaming, Ezugi) are governed by the rules of the respective game studio and are binding upon all players.
• abd999 reserves the right to suspend or restrict betting markets at any time without prior notice.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and sports markets. Current limits are displayed within each game or market interface.

Players are prohibited from using any form of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or mechanical aids to place wagers on the abd999 Platform. Any account found to be operating via automated means will be permanently closed and all associated balances forfeited, irrespective of whether the automation resulted in a net gain or loss.

6 Responsible Gaming

abd999 is committed to promoting responsible gaming across all player interactions on the Platform. We provide tools that allow players to manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, wagering limits, session time limits, cool-off periods, and self-exclusion options. If you believe that your gambling is becoming problematic or is causing distress to yourself or those around you, we strongly encourage you to use the self-exclusion tool or contact our support team at [email protected]. abd999 takes all requests for self-exclusion seriously and will process them promptly. A self-excluded account will be blocked from all gaming activity for the duration of the exclusion period selected.

7 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your abd999 account credentials, including your username and password. abd999 will never request your password via email, SMS, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any activity that occurs under your account credentials is your responsibility, whether or not it was authorised by you.

• You must notify abd999 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account or if your login credentials have been compromised.
• abd999 reserves the right to lock any account where suspicious activity is detected, pending an internal security review.
• Sharing your account credentials with any other person is strictly prohibited. Any account found to be shared will be suspended.

8 Privacy & Data

By registering an account with abd999, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

abd999 employs SSL/TLS encryption across all data transmission pathways on the Platform. Financial data, including payment method details and transaction histories, is handled in accordance with applicable security standards. abd999 does not sell, rent, or transfer personal player data to unaffiliated third parties for commercial purposes.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, abd999 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of funds resulting from a failed or delayed transaction; inability to access the Platform due to technical disruptions; errors in displayed odds or game outcomes subsequently corrected as manifest errors; or loss of data arising from Platform maintenance.

abd999 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Players use the Platform entirely at their own risk.

10 Account Suspension & Termination

abd999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• The account has been used for fraudulent, money-laundering, or otherwise unlawful activity.
• The player has provided false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or verification.
• The player is or has become ineligible to hold an account under the criteria set out in Section 2.
• The player has engaged in abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct toward abd999 staff or other players.
• Continued operation of the account poses an unacceptable risk to the integrity of the Platform or to the player's own welfare.

In the event of permanent account closure due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account (including real-money funds and unconverted bonus funds) may be forfeited by abd999. Where closure is initiated by the player for responsible gaming reasons, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player's registered withdrawal method after a standard security review.

11 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and Conditions and all disputes arising out of or in connection with your use of the abd999 Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction under which abd999 operates. In the event of a dispute between a player and abd999, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation via the official support channel at [email protected].

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days of initial contact, either party may escalate the matter through the formal dispute resolution process described in the Platform's support documentation. abd999's decision on all matters relating to game outcomes, bonus eligibility, and account status is final, subject to the dispute resolution process outlined above.
